In this context, EMB is the business name for an international actuarial and software consultancy practice carried on by EMB Consultancy LLP, EMB Software Management LLP and each of their direct or indirect affiliated firms or entities, partnerships or joint ventures, each of which is a separate and distinct legal entity. References on this website to EMB, we or us means EMB Consultancy LLP, EMB Software Management LLP and each of their direct or indirect affiliated firms or entities, partnerships or joint ventures or one or more of those affiliated firms or entities as the context requires. You or your means a user of this website.

EMB Consultancy LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number OC308827. A list of the names of the members of EMB Consultancy LLP and their professional qualifications is open for inspection at its registered office, Saddlers Court, 64-74 East Street, Epsom, Surrey KT17 1HB, United Kingdom.
